How does it work? A small transmitter is placed inside the home, with a pre-recorded message, telling prospective buyers all of the wonderful things about that particular home. A sign placed outside tells people to tune thier car radio to a particular station, and they instantly get the details they need. The Talking House transmitter does not interfere with television or radio, you won't even notice that it's there, except that there will be lots of people sitting in your driveway, listening to us tell them the great things about your home!
